We are looking to employ an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position achieves employee/management satisfaction through the direction, development and implementation of effective employee relations, recruiting and selection processes and training programs.

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Recruiting new staff
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Organising staff training
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance and communicating with staff about issues affecting their
performance. - Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment
policies and procedures - Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff and trade union
representatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR roles
- Good command in English
- Good knowledge of Thai labor laws
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive work attitude with systematic thinking
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
